Any individual using this site understands that the purpose of this site is to purchase services pertaining to fitness, and therefore it is the responsibility of any such individual to consult with their primary care physician before beginning any exercise program. Services rendered are payable through this website by debit/credit card. Mindful Motion Matters reserves the right to change the scope of services offered at any given time.  Mindful Motion Matters reserves the rights to all intellectual property within this website.  Payments for services rendered are due at the time of check out. Mindful Motion Matters reserves the right to cancel any plan at any time that the personal trainer deems an individual to be inappropriate, unprofessional, or exhibiting any type of behavior that does not align with the services being provided. Refunds are subject to individual situations and circumstances and are at the discretion of the personal trainer.  Any individual that exhibits vulgar, inappropriate, or harassing behavior will be permanently removed from this site.
