Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. In the case of a package cancellation, a partial refund for the remaining sessions in a package may be issued. Package cancellations mid package will not see refunds issued for any sessions that have already been redeemed, and must be canceled at least 5 days before the next session in the package to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations for any sessions must be submitted 5 days prior to the session date Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
